The premier mission “Deliver Happiness, Create raving fans, Beautify our world” - to me means treating everybody with the same respect whether they be customers, colleagues, suppliers, competitors etc. It is about constantly striving to give the best service possible with the intention of creating a positive experience with everyone that we come into contact with. Setting out with this intention should in turn create raving fans. Beautifying our world to me goes past simply our products (which we believe help to beautify our customers properties) and filters more into our culture where I believe that our culture helps to beautify the experiences of those around us.
